To cater to various customer requirements, we offer three different service/maintenance contracts:
BRONZE
This package includes 2 planned preventative maintenance visits each year, top priority job allocation, a 4-hour response SLA (Service Level Agreement) for urgent faults, and certification of maintenance.
SILVER
In addition to all the benefits of the BRONZE contract, this package covers free callouts and no labor charges on remedial work.
GOLD
Our most inclusive package—no extra charges for callouts, labor, or parts.
